Dischell, Bartle & Dooley, P.C.

Family law refers to the area of legal practice that deals with family-related issues and domestic relations. It covers a wide range of legal issues such as divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, adoption, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, and more.

Family law matters are critical to your family’s well-being. Ensuring proper representation is a crucial step in your addressing those matters. The family law team at Dischell Bartle Dooley brings more than 40-years of experience to better focus on these issues and obtain an appropriate result. We advocate for the rights of our clients while guiding them through the delicate, arduous and sensitive process of resolving family disputes.

Family lawyers provide advice and representation to clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. The main goal of family law is to reach a resolution that is in the best interests of all parties involved, especially children.
